The Information we Collect and/or Receive
In the course of operating the Sites, providing the Guardtime Federal Product(s) and/or interacting with you, Guardtime Federal will collect (and/or receive) the following types of information. You authorize us to collect and/or receive such information and assume contractual responsibility for obtaining all consents as required under applicable laws and regulations.
When you contact us through the “Contact Us” page, or sign up as a Customer or an Authorized User, you will be asked to provide certain information, which may include ﬁrst name, last name, and email address (“Contact Information”). The Contact Information is used to provide the requested service or information and to contact Customers, Authorized Users and Visitors for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services.
In an ongoing effort to improve the Sites, and the Guardtime Federal Product(s), we automatically collect certain information when Visitors visit the Sites, and when Customers or Authorized Users use the Guardtime Federal Product(s). This information consists of IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Sites Visitors visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Sites, and the Guardtime Federal Product(s) (“Activity Information”).

You authorize us to use the Contact Information, personal information contained in the Customer Data, and Other Information (collectively, the “Information”) to provide the Guardtime Federal Product(s) and our services to you, solicit your feedback, inform you about our products and services and those of our third-party marketing partners, and to improve the Guardtime Federal Product(s) and the services. Also, we may use and share the Information as described below.
Agents, Providers and Related Third Parties.

In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Guardtime Federal marketing email. You will still receive transactional emails related to your account.

Our servers are located in the United States. California Privacy Rights
